AlexanderSUTHERLAND4th January 1935 - 3rd March 2023. In loving memory of my Husband Alexander Sutherland of Causewayhead, Stirling, who sadly passed away 3rd March 2023 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert. Aged 88 years old. Dearly beloved Father of Gordon and Glenn, devoted Grandfather to Sean, Alisha, Ava and Josh. The funeral will take place on Tuesday 28th March at 10am in Logie Cemetery, Causewayhead, Stirling. To hear your lovely voice, To see your smile and face, To sit and talk for a while, To be together in the same old way, And feel your touch, Would be my greatest wish today. Loved and missed everyday Your loving wife Carol Xxx since 1962. Our thanks to the Co-Op Funeral Care and Logie Cemetery along with the staff at Forth Valley Hospital. They were wonderful! Our family express their thanks to all friends and relatives for the kindness and sympathy shown during our bereavement.

Dear Aunty Carol
I've been searching for any information on you all from South Africa for the longest time and today i came across Uncle Alec's funeral notice. This weekend was the Comrades Marathon and I have beautiful memories of Uncle Alec coming out to run the race. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing but also so thrilled to see Gordon and Glenn's names with yours. Am sending much love from South Africa and hoping this message gets to you so we can get in touch again. Duncan and I often speak of our family in Edinburgh and Stirling, wondering how you all are? Would love to know if Uncle Norman, Aunty Pat, Julia and Yvonne are well too? Please feel free to contact me on +27844423600 or cathywhittle70@gmail.com
Much much love
